Fry sticky cake (年糕).

Basically when come to Chinese Lunar New Year we can found these sticky cake (年糕) was selling everywhere in Malaysia.  I believe other country they can be found in Chinatown (唐人街).
In old days I still remember my mom and my grandma use to be fry this sticky cake with flour together with tapioca. Somehow the sticky cake will melt and the whole pot and plates will become sticky and feel irritating.


Nowadays we people always looking forward for a convenient way for doing something.  By using spring roll skin and this is much easier.  Cut the sticky cake into pieces and wrap it up with spring roll skins.
